Proud Pets and Their Portraits - Part V

This summer marks one full year of Proud Pets and Their Portraits. In the fifth installment in the series, these cuties are looking especially sweet with their very own portrait paintings. I love how it seems that each painting suits not only the pup, but their forever home as well.

If you’re interested in capturing your own fur baby or giving your loved one a gift they’ll cherish for a lifetime, I’m honored to be a part of something so special to you. You can order your one-of-a-kind pet portrait commission here or contact me with any questions or special requests.

It’s hard to believe that Harley’s human originally found her in a garbage can. Now, she lives with a mom who loves her so much, she commissioned a painting of her as she looked when she first arrived at her forever home.

Prissy’s family calls her their “Pillow Princess,” so it was only fitting that she be painted on her favorite pillows and quilt in her unique and quirky sitting position.

With a name like Penny, I just had to paint her portrait with this shiny copper background. Penny’s painting was a super sweet surprise gift for her mom from her aunt.

This sweet painting is a human portrait, pet portrait, and landscape all in one, commissioned as a Father’s Day gift, capturing a special moment in the mountains between Duke and his dad.

If you’ve already commissioned a pet portrait, send me a picture of your pet with their painting to be featured in our next installment of “Proud Pets and Their Portraits.”
